The Jewel is a beautiful ship, very nicely laid out. Our cabin steward was extrelmely helpful, attended to all our needs, happily. The entertainment was very good, and the Harmonies were the best combo I have heard on any ship. The wait staff in the dining rooms need to be a bit more accomplished in English. DO NOT YOU BUY THE PROGRAM THAT IS SUPPOSED TO ACTUALLY TAKE YOUR LUGGAGE TO THE AIRPORT WITH NO HANDLING FROM YOU...YOU STILL HAVE TO FIND IT IN THE TERMINAL AND HAUL IT TO THE TRUCK...FALSE ADVERTISING! And 1 porter in the entire terminal for a rather large ship!!!

Pros: layout of the ship, the harmonies, the singing quartet that played daily

Cons: eating in all the dining rooms, even the ones you paid extra for...horrid food

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? No.
