Nightmare Cruise

Sail Date: April 08, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

The itinerary was great. Embarkation was a nightmare. NO information, lines that were over a quarter mile long over a broken-down pier, under the hot sun, which lead to a tent with tables set up in front of lines that were thousands of people long waiting to register. No information was given about the ship, we had no idea where anything was. We didn't even get a map like you get at DisneyWorld - we had no idea at all even where to go and get food.

Pros: The cabin service was very good

Cons: Embarkation was a literal nightmare, no directions, information

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? Yes!
