This was our second cruise with NCL and it was our first 7 night cruise and our first time on a ship this big. First, let me say that the ships interiors were beautiful and very elegant in many ways. Alot of great locations for photo opportunites. This ship has an open-air aft deck on the 13th Floor, just outside of the "Great Outdoors" buffet, with many tables and chairs. (This was a first for us, as we noticed many other oceanliners on our travels did not have this luxury.) It was a wonderful place to eat breakfast in the morning! The refreshing breezes of the Caribbean surrounded you while you drank your coffee and looked out over the vast ocean. Next, the staff was top notch and second to none! Although we didn't require alot of assistance, we noticed other passengers who requested assistance were given exceptional treatment above normal expectations. Lastly, I like to eat when I want to and the food always seemed available and it was always very good. You just can't beat Freestyle Cruising!

Pros: Dining ambiance, Entertainment

Cons: Specialty restaurant reservation system

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? Yes!
