from the minute we stepped on board we were impressed with the beauty and sea-worthiness of the Jewel. Our cabin was gorgeous;the wood appointments and details were so-o-o luxurious. The shower/tub was great.May I give a giant WOW to the hot water control and velocity of our showering experience! We were so relaxed and carefree while on board,at port or at sea.The staff (cabin stewards and wait staff)were, for the most part, very attentive and speedy with our requests.Room service was exceptional...never more than a 5-10 minute wait for my morning coffee...and those yummy rolls!A big surprise was how delicious the food was in the Azura dining room. Some menus on board are limited, however,I wasn't cooking, right?!If you take this cruise please give a warm hello to our favorites:Ronnie and Raymond at FYZZ'S...and our stewards, bless 'em,Madonna and Virgilio. We'll probably return to this ship!!

Pros: our balcony!!!!

Cons: waiting lines at Tsar's

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? Yes!
