Cons: Service level is not so good

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
The mini-suite was small and the decor was out dated. The pillows were terrible; however, the mattress was comfortable. The location of the stateroom was good; however, the elevators were very slow.
Ship Quality
The ship is very chopped up and not easy to get around. The hallways are small and hard to get around the cleaning people when they are in the isle. The public areas are clean and just ok. Nothing special. The room was adequate, but the decor was old. The elevators are very slow.
Food and Dining
The quality of the food is good and the convenience of the dining times is very good. The ambiance in the main dining areas was good. The selection of food was somewhat limited and the service was slow.
Service and Staff
The pool service was not very good. If you were not buying specialty drinks and only wanted a soda, they were slow in waiting on you. One time we waited over 20 minutes just to get a soda.
The entertainment was good, but I think they should be providing more entertainment out in the pool area.
