We had items stolen from our luggage and the staff was not very helpful at getting the matter resolved. They were rude and just kept telling us to come back tomorrow and talk to someone else. The ports were horrible there weren't any beaches. We to an excursion to go scuba diving and the people on the dive boat made us pay them extra after we had already paid the cruise line for everything.I don't think they really check into who they hire to do excursions. They charge you for everything even towels. And for a seven day cruise there wasn't much to do on the ship. I talked to some one who said they have been on four norwegian cruises and have yet to see stirrup cay. So don't expect to see it the water is always to ruff to get off the ship.
