It was excellent

When looking at the ship from land in the midst of all 6 other cruise boats in the harbor while at Grand Cayman, it was clearly the most beautiful one out there with it's decoratively painted sides.

This wasn't just a mask for a less-than-perfect ship. The ship was always kept very clean and the service was exceptional in most cases. In fact, there were attendants standing outside almost every venue that involved actual interaction with our hands holding hand sanitizer. Our stateroom was made-up or turned-down twice a day.

The food was excellent and, well, everything was awesome. I highly recommend NCL.

Pros: The food, the shows, the service, cleanliness

Cons: Magic show

Food and Dining
Excellent options for dining. Everywhere we ate, the food was top notch. We loved the buffet!
Service and Staff
They were very very friendly. Some of the poolside staff were kinda snappy when you ordered a soda using your plan instead of a alcoholic beverage. They weren't rude, but you could tell they weren't happy about it because they wouldn't make gratuities on it.
Entertainment
The shows were absolutely amazing. I can't believe they were able to do some of the stuff that they did with a moving ship (aerial acrobatics.... come on...). The only show that was sub-par was the magic show (kids would have loved it though).
Cozumel, Mexico
Meh... not much to do unless you get an excursion. The shops are minimal and the sales people were pushy and irritating. It's Mexico... what do you want?
Don't Miss: Get an excursion...
George Town, Grand Cayman
Our kayak and snorkel excursion was fun but the snokeling area wasn't really all that great. The shops and their owners were way better than in Cozumel.
