Review Summary
Open seating was inconvinient becasuse we could not get reservations for 8 at the times we wanted. We noted there were empty tables of four, but the staff would not combine them. The lack of accountability by the servers led to POOR service, some even with an attitude. It was evident that the staff was untrained in such obvious ways as in the buffet, as we were eating and talking, they reached over us, serviced the ketchup, etc over our heads, and didn't even say "excuse me." A server in the Italian dining room talked back to us.The so called day activities were nothing more than sales pitches. They obnoxiously sold raffles as we waited for the shows. It was loud, in your face, and constant. They ran out of food at buffet. The food was cheap, the only food that was abundant was pizza, inferior hambugers, and cheap fatty stuff. I could not find any white meat chicken, roast turkey, or even lean roast beef at the buffet. They were carving some kind of inferior beef.
