The perfect cruise

Sail Date: November 15, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

This is the second cruise my husband and I have been on and because of the experience we had on this one we will be going on another one soon!! And it will be with NCL! The shows were awsome, the clubs were fantastic and the food was excellant!!

Pros: This ship is unbelivable! So clean and everyone is so friendly!!

Cons: Hard to get reservations at the specialty restaurants

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? Yes!

Ship Quality
I don't think in the 3 days we were on the ship that we saw the whole thing - it's huge!!
Food and Dining
The only problem was getting reservations at the specialty restaurants, but the freestyle cruising is the way to go. Who wants to be told what to do and when to do it, like eating?!
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
There was always someone right there asking you if you needed anything, who doesn't want to be waited on hand and foot?!?
Entertainment
Children's Programs
Nassau, Bahamas
Tons of shopping and the tourist area is walking distance from the ship.
Don't Miss: The shopping!!
Freeport, Grand Bahama Island
Not too thrilled with Freeport, however the beaches are beautiful. You had to take a cab from the port to the town.
Don't Miss: The beach
