Took tour which was a mistake - Ephsases is very interesting but it was unbearably crowded. Next time I would get out early and take taxi and get there faster than tour. Tour wasted one hout at carper mill and rushed through site.

We took a ship tour and we only had 30 minutes at both sets of pyramids and 1 hour at a papyrus store. Next day we shared taxi and went around Alexandria and it was great

Don't Miss: Library of Alexandria

Pros: Everything on the ship and ports except tours

Cons: the tours where always rushed at the sights and then we would have to go to Thier shopping place and waste time

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? Yes!
