The Jewel was a beautiful vessel and we were amazed by its size, it was awsome. All the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly and always helpful. One night we went to Cagney's Steakhouse and the food and service were excellant. We took in quite a few of the shows and enjoyed every one. And I cannot say enough about the Garden Buffet. It was a great place to eat and had a huge variely of food and everything we had was delicious. And we thought it was a wonderful idea regarding the hand sanitation stations when entering various places. The variety of the games in the casino were quite good. Everything about the cruise was more than we anticipated and we had a great week and would do it again.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
As mentioned before the food was beyond great and we liked not having a specific time to eat.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
As mentioned before we enjoyed all the shows we saw.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room # was 8021 and the steward and stewardess were way above and beyond great. Our room was always prepared day and night and the towel animals were a cute and happy touch.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
We thought the room was small and perhaps if it was laid out differently wouldn't have seemed so closed in. Next time we will do an outside cabin as we had an inside stateroom.

Pros: Everything was great - we especially enjoyed the Garden Buffet which is where we had most of out meals.

Cons: On our first full day out the wind was very strong and the waves were very choppy and I needed to get motion pills.

Recommends Norwegian Jewel? Yes!
