Norwegian Jewel Cruise Review to Caribbean - Eastern

Review SummaryThe Jewel is a beautiful ship, with everything you could ask for in a cruise vessel, the cruise director and staff did an excellant job in providing entertainment on our cruise.
As I stated above, food service was a disappointment. Our first night we dined at the Garden, a buffet restrautant. The food was cold. This raised a concern with all the issues of people getting sick on board cruise ships. Meals that were order at the Tsar's Palace, Azure and Tango's also arrived to our table cold.
While the food was presented well, the quality was lacking. Shrimp and scallop had been frozen and were mushy, pork chops and steaks had been frozen and were tough. The only exception to this was a dinner at Cagney's, food was fresh and delicious, unfortunately this meal was the last night of our cruise.
