speed was horrible and even ability to access Norwegians own site was blocked.

Norwegian desperately needs to staff this area full time instead of a couple of hours at differently times of the day. Especially at the beginning of the cruise when EVERYONE is struggling to get connected to their OVERPRICED internet service.
