The quality of food is generally appalling. The head waitresses at all restaurants are unfriendly, almost rude. Waitresses are generally good.

The quality is appalling, many of the shows were not the standard of professional, almost like high school performance.

Our 2-year old twins hated to Gappies. The attendants were all so unfriendly and almost rude. We can't understand why they are assigned there if they can't care less about children.

Old ship. Our 2-year old twins got many bites after the first night. We went to a pharmacy at the first port. The pharmacist told us they were insect bites. A butler told us they have many lice in staterooms. Omar O'Besso, Concierge, promptly sent cleaning staff. (We discover there was only a sheet directly on the mattress, no bed protection sheet or something between sheet and mattress.) Although this fixed the problem, our children had to suffer from the bites for several days. It is not a nice experience at the start of cruise. Our bedroom was directly below the captain's room. We could hear people walking. This room is badly designed and had poor insulation. There were some receipts and papers from the previous guests. This means the cleaning was not done properly and the privacy of guest are not protected.
