Review summary

I enjoyed all of the ports. The ship's staff were eager to please. My favorite person was Gina, the front desk manager. Gina went above and beyond. Kelly at the Japanese restaurant was awesome and most of the servers remembered our names. Best cruise yet! The staff made the difference. I would have liked to have found breakfast food at a later time and the restaurant on deck 8 wasn't good. The food seemed to be warmed up and not cooked.

Wasn't cleaned properly before we took possession of it. We didn't have enough wash clothes. Our steward was very kind and eager to please.

Ship tip

Ask for wash clothes early. Avoid restaurant on the 8th floor.

Going next month. We have 2 balcony cabins and I'm in a mini suite. We love cruising thanks for the info

We were also on the Jade two weeks ago.Very enjoyable Cruise with a very interesting itinerary. Food was excellent especially in the main restaurant rooms were spotlessly clean as was the rest of the ship. Just a little disappointed with stateroom which was on the 8th floor and forward the room had an obstructed balcony which we were not informed about on booking. However overall excellent value
