Review summary

embarkation and debarkation was very easy and customer friendly.The only comment I have is why NCL charge $13.50 per day per personas a cumpolsory tips--this is not fair

Previous NCL cruises ---my experience was the cabin always was made up and very presentable anytime when we returned to rest.--It is not so now!

Ship tip

We wish that Garden Cafe had more Vegetarian menus! It was quickly consumed !!

You can go to customer service after you have been on the ship for 24 hours and have the tips removed from being added. But it's not that expensive for tips and I think everyone works hard to make your time on board enjoyable.

I'm going on gem may 7th,there is 2394 guess (double occupancy)& 1101 crew members...each guest pays $100×2394=$239,400÷1101=$217 per crew member...Don't know if that's how the cruise line breaks the gratuities down ...So I wouldn't say guess should pay any more but I will say it is what it is & I don't mind paying my $100

I don't mind gratuities.it brake down to about a $100 each person sailing for a 7 day trip..In all honesty when you break it down each worker makes out with maybe lil over a $100 for a 7 day cruise. ...obviously varies depending on how many passengers ship holds & how workers...But someone cooking,cleaning,serving for me,& at my Beck & call for a week to make me have the best experience ever earned it all day in my book!

If you'll devide this 13.50 between all people who serve you, clean your room and entertain you.... Yes, it should be more.
