Review summary

Clean and very friendly-after years of cruising N.C.L. has done a great job on making us feel they are truly trying to keep up with all the nasty people.The workers swept,sprayed,washed 24-7.Always smiling, even when I had more questions, from money exchange to the food.The free style is the way to go for dining. Excellent system!

Love the Free Style Dining - it works great. No lines\, no waiting\, hot food hot\, cold food cold. That has been a problem on our Carnivale cruises. Food not hot enough. The quality and variety is wonderful.

The decor doesn't match where the Jade is currently sailing but who cares. It is CLEAN!

We always have balcony staterooms\,the Jade does have small staterooms.The space was not a problem but a new bed would be helpful.

Pros: Clean\, every person working for N.C.L. was busy cleaning.

Cons: Needs more shops on board - very small shopping
