Review summary
The food on this ship was excellent. To be precise, it was the 'Garden Cafe' that was the most impressive. We ate at four of the specialty restaurants (with an additional cost) and each time walked away wondering if we got our moneys worth. And, each time we then toured the 'Garden Cafe' and found ourselves wishing we had eaten there instead. We both enjoy cooking, making fine meals, and this cafe inspired us a number of times. The best example I can give is on the last dinner they served suckling pig among other main courses! We had a balcony stateroom and found it just right. The balcony seemed to be a little larger than other cruises. Also, the bathroom was just right, the shower and toilet were closed by glasses doors so very good privacy. The biggest disappointment was clothes washing facilities. There are none. So, you have to use the ships laundry service which is very expense. Overall, we would like to sail again on Norwegian but only if the boat has a public laundry facility.Ship experiences
