pleasant, relaxing time. Great opportunity to meet other solo travelers

My wife and I have been on several cruises with Norwegian. I can honestly say this was the most disappointing cruise we have ever been on. An engine malfunction kept the ship from traveling at full speed so all of our ports were cut short. We paid for a certain cruise and didn't receive what we paid for. All of our excursions were cancelled and rescheduled without our knowledge or consent. The receptacles & tv in out stateroom quit working and even though I requested for them to be fixed immediately they were not fixed for 2 days. When we returned home, I found that Norwegian charged us $1075.79 when our account was settled before disembarkation. As if the above isn't bad enough, the day we left, from a 7 day cruise, my wife started feeling bad. I ended up having to take her to the local emergency room and where she tested positive for Covid. Thanks, Norwegian, for a horrible experience and for ruining my anniversary.

The cruise and the ship were very enjoyable. Everything was good except for the embarkation and disembarkation. After we got on the ship we really had a good time.

Terrible customer service, mean stuff, food ok could have been better, entertaiment kind of poor , shows so so, cleanliness ok, shopping very poor onboard, ports good to visit

Not a very good experience. I was disappointed with the Haven amenities. Bar service in Haven was excellent. No activites for children and they were everywhere 😡

Overall, we enjoyed this cruise and would do it again

A good time was had by all, but not because of NCL. Cruising post COVID was riding on a ship with overworked, unfriendly service workers, horrible food, and mediocre talent. If you want a good experience it will be up to you on this ship. Not the cruise experience of the past.

I was not told that We had internet minutes and bought minutes then when i went check in saw wr had internet minutes so wish we had been told this I had to spend 85.00 for nothing

The entertainment was the best I’ve seen. The food was subpar unless you were in a specialty restaurant. Unsupervised children were everywhere because of limited kids club. Cruise was full and needed more staff for that.

Norwegian needs to take care of their customers better when things go awry. Don’t tell your customers “sorry there’s nothing we can do”.

Cancelling St. Thomas was a BIG negative and will make me probably NOT go on a cruise ever again. the Ship and staff are excellent. Food is mostly good. entertainment is top notch. the Pool is so small it might as well be called a hot tub due to is size and the fact that the water was HOTTER than the 90+ degree AIR. The pool is too deep (no place to stand in the pool) and so crowded that i maybe spent 20 minutes in the pool in 7 days at sea.

Disappointed that St. Thomas port was cancelled, otherwise it was good overall experience. Food was excellent, but some a la carte (Raw Bar) places ran out of oysters? Definitely was on my list to try, but had to cross it off my list to do.

Don't choose NCL. It is unsanitary, kids are running amuck, buffet was not clean and they don't enforce rules.

This was such a fun and relaxing cruise. We can not wait to sail on the getaway on the Baltic Sea in the Haven in June 2024.

Disappointed our port at at Thomas was cancelled, the ship was not ready to handle the amount of people on the boat for the 4 days. Need to make alternatives for folks when this happens and our excursions was cancelled with no alternatives for a lot of people. Just disappointing as we looked forward to cruising

Okay cruise. Dissapointed a port was canceled on month prior with no explanation or new port put in place. St. Thomas was a reason we booked this cruise. Okay value, 5-free offers with the booking was a good deal.

It was a cruise. Most cruises are simply what you care to make of them. We were looking for peace, quiet, and relaxation, and did not care to interact with many of the fellow passengers in the social activities that the cruise director had planned for us. It's not that we don't like people, it's just that we didn't know anyone and all we really wanted was what we found: quiet deck side chairs to read on and space in the exercise room. If you enjoy the social aspect of cruises, then you will love this Cruise.

Too many days at sea with not enough to do. Would have been a better trip had St. Thomas cancelled) been replaced. Not great if you cruise to see places.

Just wish that it didn't feel so sales oriented, from food, to drinks, to entertainment, even had to pay room service fees (which we have never had to do before). The whole cruise seemed very impersonal and way to busy.
