It was my first vacation in the USA and my first cruise. I had a plan to Bermuda, but we had a cruise to Canada. I had just 5 days of vacation and they were terrible. I had not relaxed and had been stressed during all days of the cruise. It was very cold on the cruise ship for the first 2 days. We waited in line for 1.5 hours to check our passports and get permission to the entrance in Canada. I didn't have breakfast and ran on a shore excursion to avoid being late, but my excursion was canceled and changed to different. Excursions I wanted to take in Canada were canceled as the port was not ready to receive an off-schedule cruise ship. We were in the Canadian port on a Sunday and many restaurants and shops were closed. This cruise ruined my vacation. Passengers were compensated just $100 per cabin and $40 per permit from Bermuda. But that won't give me back my vacation in Bermuda. All my American friends were shocked that the route was changed from south to north.

would have liked 70% more music and 70% less game shows. Food was good

I should have done my homework. I love NCL and have done several cruises in the past with them. If I compare it to other cruises with them I would rate it as fair.

Good trip but last attempt to go to Bermuda. Paid the rip off fees $40 each in April and again this trip. God to bypass Bermuda b/c of hurricane. Boy are they making out on charging to visit. Will go to ANY other islands next time! Nothing to see in Nassau or Florida.

Excellent food and efficient crew. Million $ quartet show was spectacular

We had fun but thought the food choices at dinner were lacking and things to do for kids were lacking.

Would probably not do another NCL. Second worse cruise that we’ve been on out of 6 different cruise lines.

Traveled with my 88 year old mother. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the food and entertainment, and also the ports. Would highly recommend this cruise with NCL.

Would not go again. Norwegian seemed desparate to upsell at every chance they got. Got so you felt you had to dodge walking past the "Art" gallery or the ubiquitous jewelry and watch stores.

We have been on this ship over the years and always had a great time. This cruise the ship was very short staffed for the amount of guests on board.

This was a much needed vacation for me and my Aunt Pam. We researched a lot of cruise lines while planning our trip and Norwegian was the best option. We will definitely be back!

It was the first time on this ship and was fun. I would go back, but would pick cooler months. I wish they would allow over night at each port, we did not have enough time.

Hopefully a Norwegian rep contacts me to further discuss or I may call directly. Norwegian is a great company but there are a lot of other good options out there too!

Long lines, food was mediocre but the cruise director did a good job

Our ship was having engine problems and it shook and shook the entire trip. Apparently the ship was disabled so it could not get to the ports on time. We had 2-4 hours total in each port and all excursions were cancelled. The ship did NOTHING to make it right. The whole experience was a DISASTER! I will never go on another Norwegian again.

Enjoyable cruise. Lots of skin showing at the pool. One bad note is the extra gratuity $300 for the unlimited drink pkg. We pay gratuity already and then ask for more. Also the 40% off advertisements. Don't show the reduction unless you indicate the reduction is already taken. Not you take 40% off the reduced price. Great advertisements but not happy clients.

The food was not great! The ship was beautifully designed. Long waits for food and activities were lacking. The use crowd control methods by ending theme parties early. Rumors and Junkd was the only worthwhile entertainment shows worth watching.
