We enjoyed the cruise overall. There were definitely some things that could have been a lot better. NCL should fix their wifi and app issues on this ship if it sails for longer periods of time, with multiple at sea days.

We have not traveled in almost 3 years and it was a joy to be able to travel once again.

Not the cruise I was expecting! Two ports were canceled....one with NO explanation and the other they said that the waves were to high. Our pictures say otherwise.

Pre-pandemic, NCL was my preferred line. I cruise for enjoyment, to get away from the day-to-day. This cruise, starting with the ship, did not allow that. I felt cramped and crowded, and I also felt nickeled and dimed to death, as if NCL was trying to recover its lost 3 years' profits in one fell swoop. The cost of premium internet was too high, and even worse when you consider how often it did not work. If i could get my money back, I would ask for it. The Internet Staff Person was great. She tried very hard to solve what she could, and she always did it with a smile. But the issue was the internet itself. I know she caught hell from several people, yet, she was always professional, courteous, and efficient. She deserved a better internet interface!

NOT good for smokers. Food was mediocre. Entertainment not up to par. Lack of stimulating activities.

A lot of solos Studio cabins great if your alone Service was great until the last night then things changed and people vanished

First cruise. Overall was disappointed. It was very bumpy the entire time so not sure if it was a bad time of year to go. For the price paid the room, drinks, food, lack of free wifi, and restriction to "specialty dining" was a disappointment. Would not do a cruise again.

Absolutely disappointed. We have sailed NCL before and enjoyed our trips. This one not so. Ship configuration very geared to a different crowd, tolerance for smokers was high(forgot to mention the casino in the middle of the ship, in an open atrium, so smoke on levels 6,7, and 8. You had to walk through smoke to get from one end of the ship to the other.), no consideration for others was prevalent in the age group for whom this ship was catering. Will never return to the Getaway ship, and will so advise our cruising friends.

This was my husbands very first cruise and I had been trying to convince him for years to go on one vs. just traveling to a country and staying in a resort. He finally agreed and absolutely LOVED it. He said he will ONLY do cruises going forward, yay!! So Thankful to Norwegian for making it a vacation to remember. Next cruise is already booked!

Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed the shop, but we’re disappointed that our ports of call were omitted and we had to spend so many days at sea.

Lots of positives, unfortunately too many of the staff were unfriendly and that is very important to me

We had a great time. Met quite a few really nice people on the cruise. The ship's crew were all pleasant and helpful. Best Entertainment ever having taken many cruises. A bit disappointed that we missed two originally planned ports of call.

Missed 2 ports and took out too many things. Told us we had unpaid balance but then said we were good after holding us hostage for 30 minutes extra.

Didn't realize NCL had lowered dress code standards as much as they have and changing our itinerary at the last moment, spoiled the cruise for us. On day 2 was preparing to pay $1000 deposit for future cruises, but cancelled the idea by day 5 because of the above. We doubt we will cruise again with NCL

I paid far more money for this cruise than I’ve paid for any other and there was no WOW factor to this boat! It was disappointing. The only entertainment that would keep you awake was the casino. The pool was very crowded you had to find a tiny spot to squeeze in The pool was small. Anything else was very expensive to do

I would comment, that the Getaway is a fun ship. Met alot of new friends and enjoyed the entertainment.

I love NCL cruises. The staff are fantastic and always treat me as a valued guest. Everyone smiles at me and is willing to help with whatever I need. I've already booked my next cruise with them!

Cruise was a great experience overall. Wish we were made aware of the last minute port change as we did not go to Newfoundland as planned, we woke up and were docked in New Brunswick with no advance notice. Not happy with this change as we were not made aware and had planned excursions at another port, makes me rethink about rebooking with Norwegian. We had already changed the itinerary once last minute not to go to Bermuda, so a second change without any notice was not impressed.

Due to severe weather trip needed to reroute- while this was unavoidable- communication from Norwegian was terrible. Moving from warm weather to cold weather port required different packing Storm was known about for days in advance and 0 communication from Norwegian until late the night before leaving. Customer service agents were unhelpful and unpleasant- hung up on 2x asking for supervisor No issue emailing for additional items offering upgrades but 0 communication about severe weather and rerouting requiring different Covid travel requirements
