Cruise seemed overbooked with not enough staff. Food often cold. Service not up to par.

Unorganized! Terrible Experience! Felt like I was in a crowded Zoo.

I don’t think I would travel with Norwegian cruise line again very expensive and overrated

The 5 days away the I truly needed. Beautiful cruise, beautiful ports, and the brain break that was needed.

This was a fun trip with my family, but the dining experience and the food were subpar except for the one specialty dining we did. Definitely recommend choosing a warmer destination for a winter cruise instead of Bermuda

They pulled us out of Bermuda a day early, so excursions were cancelled, we did not get to see all we had planned for, They stated that this was due to issues in the Hudson River that we needed to get back to NY sooner... So this GINORMOUS Ship that can go out in the rough ocean couldn't with stand a rivers waves??? Makes no sense to us. We arrived back to NY at 11 the night before but could not disembark until the next day. Everything on the ship was closed at 8:30 pm the night before. Food was HORRIBLE, this was by far the worse cruising experience we have had and we have been on multiple cruises.

Norwegian did an overall good job with some to be desired for activities and entertainment. The Haven is a great place on any Norwegian ship

Didn’t get on the ship until 6pm Late to Bermuda and we left early Rude customers cutting in line and pushing their way around

Terrible Embarkation Experience Poor NCL customer service Mismanagement / Inefficient all around GETAWAY (unsure if it is NCL culture or specific to GETAWAY) Not one, I repeat not one such horrible experience on any CARNIVAL / RCL / PRINCESS (25 ships or 15 ports) to this date

Don’t leave out of NY in winter, don’t ever pay for Wi-Fi! Pray you don’t need to talk to guest services as they never once picked up the phone and the lines were ridiculous and you couldn’t hear them due to activities in atrium. Worst cruise ever!

Norwegian has devolved into money grubbing ghouls trying to milk passengers for every nickel and dime they can. Staff were unfriendly and uninformed about beverage/dining packages. Guest services were rude and dismissive. Entertainment was good when I could enjoy it, but expect to wait on long lines and arrive 30 minutes to an hour ahead of time to get a seat. It was the worst vacation I have ever experienced, on par with the time I got Montezuma's revenge in Mexico. I would advise anyone to reconsider before you take a cruise with Norwegian.

Most of the food, no matter the restaurant, was bland, and not very fresh. Language barriers between us and the staff got frustrating at times, but we managed for the most part. Ride was smooth, until the weather changed, but it was still manageable. We froze for hours waiting in line to embark, but disembarkation was much faster.

The Wi-Fi packages was a rip off my service was bad the whole time ! Then I only had 73 minutes for the whole trip which is ridiculous! Then nothing on the trip made u feel like you were in the Bahamas not the food or music ,the LAST day of the cruise the ship got sooooo COLD u would of thought it was winter I didn’t like that

Working with Sandie to book cruise was a pleasure. Great communication. Staff on NCL Getaway were friendly & efficient. Every employee was required to wear masks at all times. Enjoyed all shows. Million dollar quartet was my favorite. H2O is a great adult area to relax & get refreshing cocktails during days at sea. Love open dining option to eat when I’m hungry vs set times. Only bad thing was loosing 2 ports (Dominican Republic & Great Stirrup Cay) with no compensation but that is the norm.

We had a lovely time. The entertainment was awesome, we saw Junnk, the musical 4 Entertainers, Howl at the Moon, and enjoyed all of the music.

Overall the cruise ship was a decent size there was plenty of activities decent restaurants and lounges. the problem is that there were many complications for example the stabilizers were not working Properly everyone was complaining about the ships rocking as well as The smell of diesel smoke. It was very overwhelming i never seen anything like it before. i did not get to spend alot of time by the pools on the 15th or 16th deck due to it. Also Our itinerary changed and we weren't even able to go to the redirected stop which was a real let down. Other than that the food was decent the entertainment was Good the staff was pretty awesome I just wish it was different this was my 1st time on this cruise line And was hoping for an overall better experience.

It was the worse cruise I have been in. At O'Sheehans you have to beg for a napkin. The children's pool was closed so they invaded the adult areas. The NCL APP did not work. And just a remark: the Jewish Shabbat is commemorated with wine and not cranberry juice.

Perfectly clean, great food and service. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff made everything easier and easant on board.

We book another cruise for next year. Norwegian has our future business
