My first and last cruise with Norwegian. And it’s not just me. My friend went on a shorter one a week earlier and told me she couldn’t wait to get off the boat too.

Excellent live music and dancing opportunities. Food was okay. Service was great. Nice ship. However I came home with covid19 and many other folks onboard had covid19 or strep throat and stomach flu tooo!

This was my son and I first vac and cruise after 6 years ! We did enjoy ourselves and we don’t regret anything! 12 days is a little too long for us and there were hardly any people 30-50 on this cruise . Most people were over 65 and that’s ok too but my son likes to move fast around the ship lol ! I regret purchasing the Vibe Pass as I hardly used it and often it was closed due to dangerous weather or too windy to enjoy one self ! It’s a lot of money and I wish I never bought it . Overall the ship is beautiful and we never went hungry ! The mojito bar was phenomenal and just wish all the drinks didn’t taste like fruit juice ( and I hardly drink lol ) food was decent and Norwegian needs better entertainment and more hosted events for younger crowds.

The cruise was good. Met many nice people. The staff that service me was great but the food and beverage buyer needs to be replace.

Thee cruise was overall good, The stops were ok, but I would avoid many of them in the future, The food was good and the special restaurant "Cagney's " was excellent! What made the cruise worthwhile was the high quality of entertainment on board!

I made dinner reservations on line before the cruise. When I got on the ship and made a reservation for Le Bristo, my other reservations could not be found and I had to remake then even though I had a printed confirmation

All cruises are a lot of fun. The ship was full and we were not used to that but it was nice to be back to normal. I estimated that only 2% of the employees and of the passengers wore masks.

Been on NCL many times but I am disappointed at its current state of affairs My family and I will try other cruise lines in the future

Great staff on the ship. Good food. Corporate Norwegian doesn’t care nor respect its customers

My husband and I went on a cruise to the Southern Caribbean from 1/8-1/20/23. We went with other friends. Embarkation went smoothly. Once onboard, we had lunch at Savor. Food was very good, although, portions were small. Other complimentary restaurants that we ate at included O"Sheehans (Yum), the Tropicana Room (very good, took almost 2 hours), Savor(very good, ate there several times), and the Garden Cafe (crowded, but food was good). Our specialty restaurants included Teppanyaki (Excellent), Cagneys (Good), LeBistro (Good), Moderno (Good), and Ocean Blue (my favorite). Enjoyed the 80's dance at Spice H2O, but found the exhaust from the ship's smoke stack came down into the area. Didn't mind the smell, but did not realize that I would not feel well most of the next day. My friends also experienced the same feeling. The ship in general is beautiful and easy to get around. We all noticed that the ship was not running right. We experienced a lot of shaking when at the back which included many of the restaurants especially on the lower decks. Our Club Balcony Suite (10208) was wonderful. There was plenty of room for 2 people to stretch out and relax. The balcony was sufficient for the two of us to sit outside. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage. Our Room Steward was Herbert and he was wonderful and very friendly. My favorite bar area to get drinks was on the pool deck (Waves). The bartenders were extremely friendly and provided great entertainment when interacting with the passengers. NCL excursions were hot and cold. We loved the Coastal Cruise, Steel Band and Beach. Our group also did the Antigua Beach Escape with Lunch. The beach we were taken to was not the original one. The beach was beautiful, the lunch provided was good. However, the conditions of the facilities were very primitive and not clean. We still had a good time. In all, we had a wonderful 12 day cruise. Can't wait until we plan our next cruise.

The main restaurants and pool area are prett crowded but got a last minute deal for haven upgrade and it was worth it. The pool is empty most of the time and hot tub is same thing. There was only 200 haven passengers so it didn’t feel crowded at all in haven courtyard.

This is a wonderful itinerary so search to find it on another ship. The getaway is a disaster. Do NOT recommend this ship.

Overall very disappointing on so many levels and would definitely try to avoid cruising with NCL

Cryised got changed captain said rough seas but it was a mechanical issue i will be contacting them as i specifically booked itnfor bermuda

Horrible Front desk service,not enough workers ,waits of over 1 hour. Waits of over 1 hour to renter the ship at Port Everglades only one or two guards to process passengers

Terrible experience on board Gataway; disappointed at Norwegian’s lack of service mind; feeling cheated by not going to intended destination and not being compensated properly.

This cruise line is the worse. NCL promised all kinds of stuff that ended up being untrue. NCL guest services told me customer services lie all the time

first night my wife room has not heat, we made multiple inquires no one triage the issue, no extra blanket too was told, kind of disappointment, guess service line always busy, you have to stop by 6th fl service area get their attention.

We made our own fun. The cruise director staff was mediocre in adapting to weather disruptions to the itinerary. Soap dispensers weren't functioning all throughout the ship, which is a HUGE issue during this COVID era. If this was our first NCL cruise, it may very well be our last.
