Review summary

Enjoyed this cruise and ship. As stated before found the many complaints that I had read were none existent for me. Had a very nice trip with very helpful and friendly staff. Never had to wait for meals at any dining area. One warning and the only complaint for this cruise. The shower in cabin 14274 is the absolute worst water pressure of all the many ships I have been on.

My favorite port for cruises. No excursions. Always stay the day before and just enjoy all the surrounding area.

No excursion this time. Just strolled around the port facilities. In the past have found excursions fun.

San Juan is great. On this cruise the stay was too short. I did not really see any excursion that interested me.

Disembarkation

Had some trouble in the terminal with elevator not working. Plus people leaving the ship before luggage was unloaded. this caused major crowding. Did manage to get our luggage and find a porter with the very exceptional help of a terminal staff member. I thought this young lady did more then was required to assist us.

Just because you didn't have any bad experience doesn't mean the poor reviews and complaints were wrong. I was on Getaway in April and it was my least favorite cruise I've been on. It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't go on that ship again and I'm not sure I'd cruise NCL again for awhile.
