Review summary

Norwegian is not as advertised. The customer service prior to the cruise was horrific. Spoke with several people on board who report that quality has significantly decreased. Food quality/variety was poor. One of the speciality dining restaurants, Brazilian steakhouse was horrible, the food was rancid! Most areas seemed very understaffed. Good luck talking to someone in customer service, unless you want to wait hours...

We were on the escape in December and thoroughly enjoyed Moderno. The food was great when we went. Sorry you were so disappointed

I'm sorry you had a hard time. Things have changed ever since covid when the industry opened up and a lot of people have to say things are not as good. We do expect excellent service but with that, I'm glad that you did go on your cruise and I hope the next time you new cruise with any company that you decide to I hope you will have a good time. We took two cruises in 2019 one was with Royal Caribbean on serenade of the Seas and on Norwegian escape. This is our first cruise since that time.
