i like the gem theater much better. it’s bigger and no need for reservations. the outside dining at the buffet is much better. the crowds were always an issue.

i did not like the lack of outside dining at the buffet. we did not eat at the specialty restaurants. the food, service and cleanliness was good at the complementary places.

Cabin / Stateroom

this spa cabin was much smaller than the on the gem. both small suite. my wife and i were always running into each other.the getaway is a large ship. this means a lot of walking and a lot of people with scooters no navigate around. most looked no worse than my 78 year old body. most places in the ship were packed. the spa was great.

The ship got to Puerto Rico at night why didn't you feel safe. Most people won't go out at night in Puerto Rico to walk around because there's nothing open. We went to Puerto Rico on Holland America and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. We had a great time in Puerto Rico as we were there during the day and we took excursions through the ship. If you're going to come at night like I said there's nothing to do everything is closed or maybe the bars are open.
