Review summary

Terrible that they kepts our port fees, which were very high for Bermuda an we didnt go there. Staff reported that they know days in advance, but were afraid people would cancel.

After taking our luggage, they informed us that we were not going to Bermuda. That it would be a 5 day cruise to nowhere. Held hostage for 5 days is not a vacation.

Call Ncl and demand your port fees get refunded. Ncl is really trying g to pocket peoples money which is soooooo wrong.
