Horrible first cruise experience. Probably will be my last. The fact that they changed itinerary and did not email or let us know prior to receiving room key was horrible on there part.

Don't sail Norwegian they changed the itinerary and did not let anyone know until after we checked in and received our room key.

We have always had a wonderful experience on the Getaway. Sorry for your change in destination. That can happen at the last minute due to weather on any cruiseline.

Cruising isn’t for everyone. Itineraries can and do change for a variety of reasons, including weather, mechanical issues, political unrest, etc.. The cruise contract, everyone agrees to when booking does not guarantee the itinerary will not be altered.
