Review summary

Horrible cruise NCL lied about us going to Bermuda cancelled . Food was all cold and gross . No other port given. Trapped on a boat for 6 days. Horrendous.

Long lines, service was incredibly slow, cold food in every restaurant. Sitting down in a restaurant took almost 3 hours everytime. The buffet was the same food every day and gross and cold.

Half of the things were closed. No mini golf, no rock climb wall , not enough accomodations for people to see shows or they were cancelled

I was told I could not leave at the door then they had me stand on line for an hour just to tell me sorry there's nothing wrong and you're all paid up. So embarrassing treating me like I skipped out on the bill.
