Review summary

This was our second time on the NCL Getaway this year because we had such a great experience in July. We brought several first time cruisers with us and now they're hooked on cruising because of this experience! We made so many friends and had so much fun.

Embarkation

There was a mix up with my security picture but it was corrected in no time and we were on the ship in 30 minutes.

We had meals in the Garden Cafe, Taste, Tropicana Room and Cagneys. The food was excellent in all venues. The buffet on NCL is a notch above what I've experienced on other cruise lines.

The was too much going on to experience it all. There was trivia, game shows, live music, karaoke, Syd Norman's, Howl at the Moon, magician, comedy shows, deck parties and Million Dollar Quartet among other things.

The crew literally goes above and beyond to make sure you're having a great vacation. Some of them remembered us from our cruise on the Getaway in July and treated us like family.
