We have been on this ship over the years and always had a great time. This cruise the ship was very short staffed for the amount of guests on board.

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. I think the cruise lines filled the ships with passengers before they hired enough crew. Hopefully, things will improve soon.
