Review summary

Our ship was having engine problems and it shook and shook the entire trip. Apparently the ship was disabled so it could not get to the ports on time. We had 2-4 hours total in each port and all excursions were cancelled. The ship did NOTHING to make it right. The whole experience was a DISASTER! I will never go on another Norwegian again.

The food was actually very good (other than any beef) and service with in dining rooms was exceptional.

Cruise Director was horrible. Expect 7am multiple intercom announcements--no sleeping in!! No good on board activities at all!

Venues were in small places where only a few could attend. Larger shows were horrible--I assume a staffing issue?
