Review summary

I have cruised many times before and this was the first negative cruise experience I can remember. The staff was very indifferent, and borderline rude. It seems that since NCL has added the Unlimited Beverage Package, despite the fact you pay like $250 per person in gratuities for just this package, the bartenders and waiters don't see much of that money because they are very unwelcoming, unfriendly, and make you feel uncomfortable even ordering a drink. This was present everywhere- at the bars, restaurants, and even just the front desk employees. I typically love Norwegian so I was shocked at this atmosphere. I was very disappointed with this cruise.

I had the same issue, after many cruises with NCL I switched and am trying RCCL. The service isn’t like it was before the “free” drinks package.

Never had this problem. I always tip mine a few dollars at the beginning of the cruise and my glass was always full! They tend to find you!

If you tip your bartenders and go back to the same one you will definitely get a better pour and better service it always works

I took off my gratuities and tipped bartenders waiters separately they had my drinks waiting for me before I got to the bar
