In my past experience with cruises the staff go above and beyond learn your name know your likes and most of all treat you like you are supposed to be treated. You have to sign up to watch shows like comedy and dance. We didn't know this until day 2 and some shows had no seats already. They say they have over 8 restaurants that are complementary, however 4 of them serve the same thing. They only had one pool for the whole ship basically impossible to ever actually swim in. We tried to use the phone system and they said that we didn't actually have our room until day 4 the phone couldn't go through to call other phones. The ship advertising ice bar and lots of dining options. The ice bar cost to just go into and the restaurants were nothing special. When at port we would come back before the crowd but that ment you would not get water, or any goodies they didn't give it out until the time was 2 hrs befor leaving. The one thing they have is rope course, rock wall, and 4 slides. Putt putt is not easy to play only have 4 of each club and 8 golf balls so u will be waiting.
