Review summary

Positives: Great Splash Academy, Excursions, Cabin Steward, Spa (manicure) Entertainment, Food, and friendly/fun co-passengers.

Negatives: Slow service (possibly due to 'out break' on prior cruise). Waited for 2.5 hours for lunch (chicken sandwich) and over 1.5 hours for most dinners.

Spa (massage) - Double price - but you know that before it starts. Hubby did not get the paid for time and experienced pressure product sales after - no call from Spa manager as promised when I shared complaint with Guest Services Manager. Was not the relaxing experience we hoped or paid for.

SLOW - think they were under staffed to deal with buffet restrictions due to prior cruise 'out break'.

Went on a trail ride with the family - swam with the horses. The trip was wonderful. Our guide (Eddy) was great, horses were fabulous and the views were spectacular. It was a great experience.

Just curious. Did you wait that long for your food or did it take that long start to finish for your meal? Thanks. Just want to make sure we plan for shows etc.
