The ship was beautiful and massive like being in a city on water.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was good small portions but you could order as much as you want learned after 2nd day. Problem getting half and half for coffee all restaurants except garden cafe and then i learned to get it myself and bring to the restaurant with me.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
nice variety plenty to choose from all enjoyable.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
very friendly except one bartender in Spinnaker Lounge she was nasty with an attitude. The best bartender was in the Martini Lounge

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Bathrooms and common areas always clean loved the hand anti-bacterial availability before entering a bar\, lounge or restaurant.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
small but not expecting a huge room showers were great. Always being surprised with nice little treats when returned to room.

Pros: Well Organized

Cons: Many cruise staff had trouble understanding English. Being my first time on this cruise I did not know about renting a clam shell or cabana when we go to Great Stirrup or that you had to run to try to get lounge chairs.

Recommends Norwegian Gem? Yes!
