Food and Dining

Something for everyone. We are a family of mixed omnivores and vegetarian and there was always something for all - very accomodating for dietary restrictions. We ate at formal dining rooms and buffets (depending on which family member voted that night) and all were exceptional.

Entertainment

Entertainment was the best of any cruise ship we have sailed. We saw every show and each one topped the next comedian was hilarious as was second city and the final variety show - all shows a must see!!! If you are not into shows there is ALWAYS something to do - if you want to that is.

Service and Staff

Entertainment staff was incredible. If you go to the Magenta dining room\, request Ramonte's table - he was incredible.

Ship and cabin was immaculate. Someone was always cleaning something!!

Cabin / Stateroom

I would highly recommend a cabin with balcony - the extra footage is wonderful - especially if you wanted some quiet time to relax and enjoy the views. Saw some interior cabins - nice but go for the view.

Pros: Entertainment and Food was exceptional

Cons: Tender and Disembarkation procedures

Recommends Norwegian Gem? Yes!
