Review summary

The ship needs a renovation - chairs were filthy, carpeting was dirty, beds were creaky. So not good!

Food was really not good at all. And both dining rooms had basically the same menu! I expected far better.

Variety of entertainers were really good and enjoyable. The best part of the vacation.

Everytime I tried to drop my son off for an event\, the schedule had changed and they had already done it even though we were there directly before the time the event should have occurred.

The staff for the cabins were very polite. A little less in the dining areas.

Bathroom\, although the set up was nice\, was entirely too small. The door had to be open to dry up after a shower.

Pros: The entertainment

Cons: The food\, the fact that everything was extra\, the kids club schedule changes\, the ancient ship\, etc. etc.

Recommends Norwegian Gem? No.
