TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONS

fROM THE DAY WE BOARDED THE SHIP TO THE DAY WE DISEMBARKED WE HAD CONSTANT PROBLEMS. UNPROFESSIONAL, INADEQUATE, INCOMETANT CREW. PROBLEMS AT THE RESTARUANTS, PROBLEMS WITH HOUSEKEEPING, PROBLEMS AT THE RECEPTION DESK, THE NORWEGIAN GEM NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL. ALL CREW MEMBERS IN ALL DEPARTMENTS ON THE SHIP SHOULD EITHER BE RETRAINED OR REPLACED.

Pros: NEVER AGAIN

Cons: UNPROFESSIONAL CREW

Recommends Norwegian Gem? No.
