For a first time cruiser like myself you really don't know what to expect. This whole experience blew me away! The entertainment was amazing, the food was solid and if you really want to be treated like a celebrity do yourself a favor and book a cruise!

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Overall a great quality of food. The choices were endless and I didn't expect much since the reviews were bad on here. Don't let anyone fool you you can have ANYTHING you want! The casual dining is amazing, and its nice you don't have to be in formal wear to go grab dinner.

Entertainment

The second city was HILARIOUS and the cruise director big Ken and Natalie were so great! Never a dull moment on that ship.

Service and Staff

washy washy happy happy is what they all say which is great for cleanliness! Mostly everyone is friendly besides the select few that cannot understand you.

Ship Quality

Every night you will see cabin stewards cleaning the ceiling to the floors! It is very clean and the beds are comfy.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Beds were VERY comfy but some people were talking about the discomfort of the pillow which i didnt agree with. Overall the balcony room was spacious and we were in room 10060 which was great right in the middle of the ship.

Pros: The food was great, the entertainment was AMAZING!, rooms were spacious, overall great value

Cons: Buffet was very crowded at time, basketball courts were always occupied, not enough adult activities during the day

Recommends Norwegian Gem? Yes!
