This transatlantic crossing on the new Gem was our 28th cruise and our 6th on NCL. Having cruised on the Pride of Hawaii and the Pearl, we expected great things on the Gem and we were not disappointed! It is amazing that the company could get everything together after only a few weeks from the shipbuilders. It seemed that every staff member wanted to become a friend and did their best to make us feel welcome. We couldn't believe the efficiency of the Barcelona terminal embarkation.

Pros: The friendliness and compentency of the staff and crew.

Cons: It would be difficult to find a complaint!

Recommends Norwegian Gem? Yes!
