This was a family cruise of 20, service was rude, food was terrible, The ship ran out of coors light and bud lite on day 3 of an 8 day cruise out of kettle one and absolute on day 4 and did not restock for the rest of the cruise. you could not get dinner reservations us less you tipped $20-$40 at the door. This was my 8th cruise and wil never go back to NLC!

only found 2-3 that were good service, rest were rude and seemed anoyed you were their!

bathrooms smelled of urin.

Cabin / Stateroom

very small! phones in both of our state rooms did not work. lights in bathrooms not working, key cards batteries out were locked of rooms for hours untill I told the staff there was a baby locked in the room did they come to fix.

Pros: Went from NY we did not have to fly

Cons: service, food, ship ran out of beer on day 3 of a 8 day cruise!

Recommends Norwegian Gem? No.
