Garden Café on Norwegian Gem

Ate here a few times as you just can’t beat the convenience. Not a fan of crowds and spent most of the cruise trying to avoid people so usually avoided it for breakfast and lunch since it seemed to be busiest then. Fortunately lots of seating and if you walk all the way down to the third room it was always quiet and sparsely filled. Good assortment of food for all meals but after 10 days some of the regular items started getting boring. Theme nights were funny since they usually amounted to one or two different items that sort of fit the theme and a cake that said Welcome to “________” night. In the end it’s a buffet so you should know what to expect.

Many, many options. Although I enjoyed the buffet my favorite meal was breakfast…bananas foster over waffles 🥰

Food was horrible. No variety. The same every day for 10 days. They had 3 salad bars because they had NO food to put out instead. Breakfast was the same at 4 stations. There are 6 or 7 stations. Horrible

Same things each day....nothing too desirable here except the ice cream.

Good food for a buffet. They change up the menu nightly with favorites always there

Excellent for a quick bite. The crowds are crazy.

Very nice. Wine Steward very helpful. Menu was average, food nicely presented.

Poorly laid out. Most food choices mediocre.

If you’re a coffee drinker don’t miss the special fresh brew machine near the back towards the Great Outdoors!
