Review summary

We had a balcony room which was very nice.  The staff was very helpful and friendly.  The adult swimming pool was very small for a ship this large. Very difficult to find two lounge chair next to each other.  The complimentary dinning rooms had up charges of $19 and up on close to half the menu. Breakfast in the buffet dinning had almost non existent roving coffee replenish staff.  I only saw 2 in seven days and they never offered a refill.

On NCL we eat in special dining rooms every night. Could you elaborate on the MDR being a paid experience on half of the menu. I have not seen this before but it would not surprise me to see it on a NCL ship. NCL is leading the industry in up charging the guest to make as much profit as possible. They are moving to an upscale line with subpar service.
