Review summary

Beautiful ship but thumbs down to the service, food and shows except when the staff performed.

I only give 5 stars to Rawiwat Suebsing. He was so friendly and always so welcoming. I had a few bad experiances with other staff but when i saw Rawiwat he made me smile.. He is a blessing to all of the guest.

I experienced the same exact think last week out of Miami on the escape.. And if I know who you are talking about, he was the very energetic washy washy guy... The service with Norwegian has been slipping lately. These ships are getting too big, and I think the staff are getting tired..
