By far the best ship/cruise/crew ever.  We have always been a RC cruiser and was hesitant to try NCL.  It by far exceeded our expectations.  We stayed in the Havens and were completely spoiled.  They covered all our needs.  The staff was awesome.  Loved that they greeted you at ports.  Best of all was cruise director Tyler Gray.  He was everywhere and very involved with passengers.  Ready to book our next cruise..

Kids club:  staff was great and kids loved it, but it was annoying you had to pick them up at 12:00, then back at 2:00, pick up at 5:00 then back at 7:00.  Option to leave them for lunch and/or dinner would of been better.

Entertainment:  loved the Brat Pack, After midnight only if you 80 and over.  Could of used some entertainment for the kids.

Guest Services:  it is located in the atrium, which is very loud as it is a main gathering

Atrium Entertainment:  geared towards a bit older crowd.  Lots of people just sitting around.  Good meeting placeLove

cabin was awesome. Service, butler was perfect. We used room service a lot for our younger child to feed before going to kids club at night.

Ship Tip

Stay in the Havens.
