Inspired by the infectious energy of the Cuban city of the same name, Bayamo by Jose Garces is fine dining imagined by one of the world’s most renowned chefs. Seafood with a Latin twist, every dish is brimming with bold, fresh ingredients. Featured prominently on The Waterfront, the Iron Chef’s first restaurant at sea offers a diverse selection of authentic flavors as vibrant as Cuba itself.

Food was really good! I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant out. I am glad I had the dining package as it was quite pricey.

Our food arrived very late and my husband's brussel sprouts were burnt!

Service was good, but the food was rather bland. Ordered surf and turf, the lobster had no flavor even with butter.

We each had a whole lobster. Excellent. All sides were great. Nice atmosphere.

This is another specialty restaurant I dine at least once at during my cruise. On some ships it’s Bayamo and on others it’s Ocean Blue. The seafood is fresh and prepared in an elegant fashion. The filet is also tender and cooked perfectly. When using the dining package there is a small up charge but I feel it is worth it. You will also need to wear appropriate attire as they do have a dress code, but it’s nothing too formal.
