Have had great experiances with NCL, the Epic was deffinetly not one of them.

Bars where backed up with long waits, 30 min or so for drinks. Main dining food was average but service was executed poorly. Specialty dining excellent.

Staff overall was friendly and pleasant. they where however overwhelmed and poorly managed.

Layout a little awkward tough to get around. ship is older and a little outdated but mostly clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Little smaller than expected. Balcony was on corner so large with lounge. Bed seemed short and bathroom set up is unusual.

Nice port we went to the baths nice but a little corwded.
