Review summary

I was expecting more but I am used to all inclusive resorts as this was my first cruise. It was just okay.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Crowded. Took a little over an hour. What I expected

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was good. Drinks old have been more readily available. Most bar tenders didnt seem rushed to work any harder despite there were 50 people in line waiting. Not enough waiters at the pool. Charged me extra when I drank from the mini bar or wanted wine with my dinner at some restaurants even though I paid for drinks to be included. Included should mean included without exception. Like an all inclusive resort I thought.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pools were small. The adults only pool didnt have music or activities which I heard many people complain about. Decent evening entertainment

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Didn't see any shows. Performers at bars were ok

Children's Programs

No kids with me

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Not blown away by the customer service. Mentioned slow bar service

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Clean and well designed....but this was my first cruise...

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Room was larger than I expected actually. Clean. It took 3 phone calls and some wasted time to get an iron. Our safe was broken and stayed that way due to multiple phone calls and nobody caring

Ship tip

If you really want to make the most of your drink package, bring a thermos on board. They will fill it up and you will spend less time waiting at the bar

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas Did not visit port

Been there 4 times alread

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas Did not visit port

Weather did not allow the boats to tender safely. So we were stuck on the ship for 4 straight days. Too long

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
This was horribly disorganized and painful. Took nearly 2 hours. Awful way to end the trip.
