Review summary

This was our 20th Cruise, 5th or 6th with Norwegian. Very disappointed with understaffing. One of the negatives of “free style” NCL concept is that you seldom Connect with same staff over course of cruise. Although it was our fault the necklace was not put in safe, there were only 2 possible suspects, there was a CCTV camera outside our cabin, and electronic entry tracking on door. No apology for loss, no explanation of what investigation (if any) was done, etc.

On balance, a very poor experience. Most stand alone bars were left unopened for long periods of time which caused long delays and crowding at the few that were open.
